This is the second journal that I have purchased from this shop! If you know me, to know that I have been consistent with journals for once in my life would be a shock! The prompts in this journal make it so easy to keep up with though! I love the design and how it really focuses on moms and helps moms focus on themselves too and not just their kids. The affirmations everyday are so good and I find myself feeling so much better when I start my morning with this journal and then when I end the night reflecting on the day. And I absolutely love the sleek neutral look of the timeless collection. The sweet owners really knocked it out of the park with this one and I absolutely believe that every mama would benefit from this journal as I definitely have! If I could, I would give it 10 stars.

Absolutely love this journal! Sometimes in daily routine we seem to question ourselves if we are good moms, if we do enough etc. This journal is perfect because it encourages to pause and reflect on all the good. because each of us tries the hardest to be the best version for our kids.
I am loving my full-year dated planner! I rarely find that I have the space I need in calendars and with this one I haven’t had any issues. I appreciate the monthly overview and space for goal setting along with the page for each day, and a chance to reflect on accomplishments. I am especially fond of the space for tracking habits that I want to become more consistent with—some months I track the same habits, and on other months I will add specific ones that i am newly focused on. Keep up the good work Prep and Reflect!
This has everything I was looking for in a planner! I use it every single day which says a lot because I’m good at using planners for the first two weeks and then kind of fall off. But I am STILL using this beautiful planner and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon! I think everyone could benefit from using this planner! It keeps everything amazingly scheduled and I love it 😍 Y’all did incredible with this planner!

I love this journal for my kids! I love that I can write in it each year until they turn 18. We can look back on the memories together. I also love that it has prompts in it already so I don’t have to figure out what to right for each year!
I bought 2 of these for my kids when they turn 4 this year I can give it to them and everyday we can start journaling with them! I love how simple it is.

We can easily envision weekly, monthly, and our yearly goals and this planner helps us to track our progress perfectly! This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from Prep & Reflect! I purchased the Sip & Savor Journal as a gift and WOW is it amazing! The journal is divided up into 3 sections for Wine, Cheese and Charcuterie. You are able to put lots of notes and details about each entry with corresponding page numbers for easy reference. P&R puts so much care and attention to detail into these journals. You cannot find anything like these anywhere else, not to mention the incredible and attentive customer service. I HIGHLY recommend these gorgeous journals!
